    Nothing less than excellent! First impressions being important, the manager anticipated who we were when we arrived and met us in the car park, keys ready to hand (for a test drive). Despite the formalities of car buying the whole experience was relaxed and informal. The manager is a lovey, friendly guy! I don't intend to ever buy a second hand car from anyone else. He leaves the competition cold.
