Five star service from Phil and the team. I traded in my old car as a part exchange who's is something I've never done before. Phil made the process so easy and stress free. The car I purchased was immaculate and everything I was promised it would be. There was a small scratch on the car when I viewed it which was shown to me on the day but this was repaired before I picked it up and now you would never know it had even been there. Can't recommend this garage enough and will do so to everyone I know.

I honestly cant recommend CB auto sales and the team enough! From the first minute I walked on the forecourt the guys were so attentive and nothing was too much hassle, like getting keys to open cars to taking them for a test drive(with no restriction on time or millage may I add) without wasting a hour of your time scrolling through paperwork before you even know if you like the drive of the car so that was great for us to try the car before sitting down to discuss. Once I sat down and discussed with Phil the rest of the process was very fast and flawless too, nothing was too much trouble as I was going on holiday just as I was purchasing the car they were able to satisfy the date that suited me and also put my private plate on ready for me driving away. The checklist, servicing and warranty are brilliant too. I would 100% recommend and would actually say that in my opinion is the best sales garage in Kirkcaldy if not Fife and will definitely be using again.

Very professional throughout, and no pressure to buy. Phil was great to deal with, and I really appreciate the Bosch service, MOT and tax they did for my new car. And the valet! Couldn't have been easier, and Phil was very reassuring about being there to help should I have any issues. It's not often you feel safe in the hands of car salesman but I am pleased to say these guys are special. From the moment I reserved a new car on auto trader, the process has been seemless and painless. I was given clear timelines, detailed information, expert handling and fantastic customer service - reminding to set up road tax, insurance, paperwork and loads of photos through WhatsApp- no countless phone calls or changing dates and times. When we went to collect, Phil gave us plenty of time alone to look over the car and no pushy tactics, plus everything was ready to go when we got there, so in and out in less than 30 minutes. The car is amazing and we will be back! Cannot recommend enough! Thanks to everyone

Friendly, No Pressure Service
From the initial phone call to view the car through to picking up the keys was made really easy due to the friendly, helpful, no pressure approach of everyone I spoke to. One thing I liked in particular was that you test drive the car without the salesman sitting in the back of the car, a much more relaxed experience. I had put off changing my car for a couple years because of past experiences but due to how smooth and easy it went this time around I would have no qualms in recommending CB Autosales to anyone.

I need to carry an electric wheelchair for supermarket runs and saw the perfect car for my needs advertised in Autotrader by CB Autosales located a short run away from me. Would recommend and use again!
Great sellers, they weren't pushy when viewing the car and the value was in line if not better in comparison to similar models/specs. Only niggle point was that it took 10 days from putting the deposit down until it was ready for collection, in saying this it was due to staffing issues which were unforseen aswell as the fact they wanted to make sure the car was ready and left in a high standard which was reassuring. They did ensure it was ready for a commitment we required it for and so far the car has proven to be in as great condition as they promised with no issues. Definitely recommend.

Now this is how car sales should be done. I phoned Phill about a VW Golf Alltrack and he answered all questions re service history without prompting. The car was fully prepared and sounded perfect from the phone conversation. I drove with my wife over an hour to view and test drive and it did not disappoint. No pressure from Phill, the preparation of the car in terms of servicing, tyres, brakes was beyond exceptional. And it was extremely well cleaned, main dealers could learn a thing or two from these guys. We were so impressed we bought the car and drove away in less than 1 1/2 hours home. We did have a small issue the next day, but again Phill sorted it instantly. I would not hesitate buying another car from Phill. Highly recommended.

Great service, Colin kept me up to date with any new automatic cars that were coming in stock that were in my price range for approx 4 months. They were happy to let my test drive a number of cars until I found the one for me. Excellent service - no pushy sales and car exactly as described. Was left to thoroughly check over car and take it for a test drive on my own before talking with Phill about the sale. They also gave me a reasonable trade in price for my old Mondeo. I'm confident if there's anything wrong with the car in the next few weeks, CB Autosales will get it sorted for me. Paid extra for the 2 year warranty with higher claim limit but, again, there was no pushy sales tactics for this - I was given the information to read and left to decide for myself. The car was immaculate when I picked it up and, so far, is driving great!
